The concept for this design consisted on the integration of various interrelated modules on site in aims of creating a complex made up of different buildings in a smaller scale.

The design, being open, tropical and contemporary, makes the character of the dwelling. The use of natural materials such as wood, stone and cane combined with more modern materials such as concrete, steel and crystal help enforce the character of the dwelling.

The residence consists of three modules of secondary dormitories, each one with their own bathroom, dressing room, living room and decks; and a main module with the social areas, main bedroom, gazebo, pool, terrace and service zones.
